Earlier this year RECON began the process of becoming a Living Wage Certified employer In the Greater Toronto Area. Recon is proud to say that we now carry designation at the Champion Level.

And we are happy to say that we are the FIRST crushing company in Ontario to provide the Living Wage to our employees.

Our commitment has always been to support our community as well as the people that drive our company.We will always continue to further the the ideals of the Program as it  benefits our company and the lives of employees.
